Gardening is Good!

Back in 2013 children from the playground were lucky to be asked to take part in a  film focusing on East London gardening projects... 'showing how gardening can fix almost everything, from climate change to loneliness'

Brrr..cold front!

The skate park opposite the playground gave the children loads of opportunities to slide, skid and slip down it's slopes using the playground crash mats as sledges.

 

Over the last week the playground fox has got injured. He has been seen out and about during the day with a damaged front paw. The day it snowed he looked like he was in a lot of pain and after making a number of calls to fox projects and the RSPCA we are still left helpless and not knowing what to do...hopefully he will be O.K over the weekend...

Did we say it's been raining lots recently? 
Now we have a couple of ducks visiting the playground, hanging out in the puddles and enjoying the wet weather!!!
